The Power of Celery Juice


Right now my kitchen smells like a DREAM because I have just juiced tons of fruits and veggies for today and tomorrow. Everything smells so clean and crisp; there is nothing like fresh juice in my opinion! While I juiced a lot of things today, one that kept separate from the rest was my celery juice. HANG WITH ME because this will be worth it, I promise. After learning about this process from the Anthony William I have been drinking celery juice almost every day for the past 3 weeks and I can honestly say that nothing comes close to making me feel and look as good as this one ingredient drink does, and I want to tell you all about it. 

I know the term "superfood" gets thrown around a LOT for many amazing whole foods, but I am finding that there is a superfood that has been left out...and that is celery. We all know celery is one of natures greatest source of fiber, but on top of that one benefit are many more.

•eliminates bloat


What's my juicing process?
Juice one head of organic celery which should leave you with roughly 16 ounces of juice. It's important to note that because this is a natural diuretic, you want to drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because this stuff will run straight through you if not. And you might want to build up to 16 oz over time. If you have a sensitive stomach, start out with 8 ounces and see how your body handles it. Work your way up to 16 in your own time. 

If the taste of the juice is too much to handle at first, throw a splash of lemon juice in it to curb the salty taste! You can take it out a little at a time until you are used to the taste of straight celery. But you will get there! And when you do, your taste buds will change and you will start to crave the savory taste.
